It is a three-story, 4 bedroom 3 & 1/2 bathroom house. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or dinner with a sun-set mountain view on the patio. Summary: We had a lacrosse tournament in Aurora and needed space for our family of 5. This house was very spacious and clean. Plenty of bedrooms for all of us and a big kitchen to make a few meals. The only minus I could say is the upstairs gets a little warm in the summer since the air conditioning is only downstairs. The master bath does not have a door and the shower windows are not frosted or covered so it’s a bit open to the environment.Lots of morning light comes in the bathroom window so if you’re a light sleeper the warm upstairs and the bathroom light is a bit annoying. I would suggest taking the basement room which has a king bed and stays dark and cool. Fans are provided in every bedroom so that did help a little. Other than that it’s a great house. Nice neighborhood for the area. The owner was just kind and quickly responsive.
